Vietnamese beef pasta and tomato sauce (ketchup) stir fry

  1. Marinate beef in onion, fish sauce, soy sauce, sugar, chicken powder, baking powder, salt, pepper
  2. Pasta boil in salt
  3. Fry onions, mushroom (separated) and remove
  4. Fry beef until brown
  5. Add oyster sauce, ketchup, and tomato diced
  6. Add red swiss chard, spinach, cherry tomatos
  7. Add pasta

  9. Cucumber
  10. Tomato
  11. Spanish onion
  12. Chili
  13. Cilantro
  14. Lime or lemon juice
  15. Fish sauce

I think I will try beef skirt ¼” cut against grain

For salad, I made it a cubed pickle with carrots and cucumber and shallots with some chili flakes overnight. Some sugar helped. I think I should have boiled the carrots first though cause it’s a bit crunchy…

I used David's jelapeno in the trash and it's way too spicy for the slaw, mom will hate
