Squash Salad, the veggies were so chewy and cured and delicious
Fried Blossoms stuffed with cream cheese and tempura fried
Pasta veggies. Mushrooms were belle and porconi . Breadcrumbs were ridiculously delicious. Sage was in tact. Onions were quartered and sauteed

Pasta Shortrib. Pasta was very chewy, wide, and very long. The sauce clung to the pasta like cheesey and creamy, but not visibly. The need was stupidly tender and broken apart. Very little sauce at the bottom. Tossed.

Chocolate mouse with white cream.on top.amd coffee grounds on top. Budino or pompamoise?
